Dear Depositors at Star Capital Bank (Hani Lotfy Awad),
I would like to inform you that during my presence in the office of the esteemed Chief Justice of the North Giza Primary Court, I met with the lawyer (Hani Lotfy Awad). It became clear to me that he attended on behalf of Hani Lotfy Awad and on behalf of his brother Ayman Lotfy Awad to submit a request to the esteemed Chief Justice of the North Giza Primary Court. When I realized this, I requested to accompany him, and indeed, the esteemed Chief Justice permitted our presence, where I had the honor of meeting him. We presented the attached request.
A dialogue took place between me and the esteemed Chief Justice, where he mentioned that a formal warning had been directed against me via a process server and that he had rejected this warning since I do not represent the defendants. Now, this request clearly included a request to open a bank account under the North Giza Primary Court in one of the banks associated with the court treasury in US dollars, so that the funds of the depositors could be transferred there, with the promise of transferring them to a Cairo Bank account, and then the dues of the depositors represented by our office would be delivered immediately.
From my side, I felt optimistic after this meeting, and I hope that the remaining depositors who have not been able to grant a power of attorney to the office of Counselor Kamal Younes will quickly communicate and complete the necessary documents and power of attorney so they can receive their dues.
Attached is a copy of the request submitted to the esteemed Chief Justice of the North Giza Primary Court.
Please accept my highest respect.
